Designed to expose mock jurors to a formal adversarial proceeding in the trial venue, Mock Trials put the key facts, themes, theories, graphics, and testimony of key witnesses  before a group of jury-eligible people. Mock jurors then deliberate to a verdict, participate in a facilitated focus group or both, depending on the research design. All Mock Trials are tailored to meet the goals of the trial team.

At Record My Research, we have extensive experience in mock trial proceedings. We provide all the materials necessary to present an effective case. Our technicians offer unobtrusive recordings of the jury to be monitored by you. Our facilities in Albuquerque offer a fully monitored presentation area, ideally suited for reviewing arguments and testimony. We specialize in providing these services remotely on location anywhere in the country. Our technicians are capable of streaming those recordings in real-time for a remote client viewing anywhere in the world.

Mock Trial Services:

  • Jury Recruiting
    Contact and hire prospective jurors to client specifications (likely demographics and issue awareness).
  • Recording Package Rental

    Ship essential gear to for self-recorded research; video camera with memory cards, microphone, cables, and instructions included. Options include uploading your recorded files to secure storage for an additional charge upon return of all equipment.

  • Videographer Services

    Expert technicians travel to event location with all necessary equipment and materials to arrange and oversee the recording of event. Includes uploading of all recorded content within 48 hours to a secure server to be viewed online.

  • Live Broadcasting

    A secure, password-protected stream is made available for anyone to view around the world in real time. In addition to the live broadcast, the content can be instantly hosted after the event to view at any time.

  • Translation Services

    Configure separate records of the participants’ feedback and necessary translation. Set up microphones for translators, headsets for clients to listen to either language in real time and provide separate recordings for both languages. Transcriptions of the translated recordings are available at an additional charge.

  • Event Hosting
    • A professional mock jury facility is available in Albuquerque, New Mexico with a large conference meeting room, breakout rooms, a private client viewing room, and break areas. Catering services are also available. For more information, click here.
    • When on location, will coordinate arrangements with the venue prior to the event, and help to direct and compensate participants the day of the event on behalf of client.
