Focus Group Services:

• Participant Recruiting
  Contact and hire focus group members that match the required demographics.  Record My Research will handle all of the paperwork required.

• Recording Package Rental

  Ship essential gear to for self-recorded research; video camera with memory cards, microphone, cables, and instructions included. Options include uploading your recorded files to secure storage for an additional charge upon return of all equipment.

• Videographer Services

  Expert technicians travel to event location with all necessary equipment and materials to arrange and oversee the recording of event. Includes uploading of all recorded content within 48 hours to a secure server to be viewed online.

• Live Broadcasting

  A secure, password-protected stream is made available for anyone to view around the world in real time. In addition to the live broadcast, the content can be instantly hosted after the event to view at any time.

• Presentation Equipment Rental

  Ship needed materials for presentation including projectors, laptops, and flip-charts. Includes necessary tutorials.

• Translation Services

  Configure separate records of the participants’ feedback and necessary translation. Set up microphones for translators, headsets for clients to listen to either language in real time and provide separate recordings for both languages. Transcriptions of the translated recordings are available at an additional charge.

• Event Hosting
  • A professional focus group facility is available in Albuquerque, New Mexico with a large conference meeting room, breakout rooms, a private client viewing room, and break areas. Catering services are also available. For more information, click here.
  • When on location, we will coordinate arrangements with the venue prior to the event, and help to direct and compensate participants the day of the event on behalf of client.
